During Jake's session, I asked him what he likes to do for fun. He responded along the lines of "rebuilding Nerf guns"... except worded much more impressively than I make it sound. I have no idea how someone would do that, but apparently he's pretty good at it, adding things on and who knows what else. I also found out that he wants to go into the Air Force after he graduates, which I think is pretty cool.

Ali and Beth | senior
This summer I got to shoot Ali and Beth, who are twin sisters and some of the sweetest girls I've ever met. We ended up taking pictures in their backyard, which made me decide that I love shooting people in a location that is comfortable and personal – and for these ladies, home definitely met that criteria. It was so fun to shoot them in a place where they had so many memories together.
Beth and Ali, I wish you all the best in whatever life brings you next year.

Candy | senior
Long time, no post... somebody slap me! No, please don't. But seriously it is pretty sad how badly I've done the past several weeks. With a new job, updates to my [phantom] website, and so many other things going on, I could have plenty of excuse to fall behind – but NO MORE! With that, here is Candy (sister to Leo & Ashley), a sweet girl with a great future ahead of her. We had a fun time this fall driving around Minneapolis finding places to take pictures. We even ran into her old school, and got a chance to take some nice shots on her old stomping grounds. Wishing you luck finishing your senior year, Candy.

Alex | senior
Through family connections I got the opportunity to do my first senior shoot with Alex. He was such a natural, which made our shoot easier and a lot of fun. Location credit for this first shot (and one of my favorites) goes to his mom, she pointed out the spot to me!
